BECOME A VOLUNTEER MEMBER AND HELP HARD DOG RACE BE WHAT IT IS!

Once you’re over 18, have participated in at least one HDR race and love the HDR feel, then you need not overthink it, feel free to apply.

Our volunteers are very important for us, after all, their work is what makes HDR truly feel H. D. R.

If you’re willing to look behind the scenes and want to become an indisposable member of the HDR team, apply and help us as a volunteer in organizing the race. Our common goal is to make sure all racers are enriched with a great experience they’ll never forget.

FIELDS AND POSITIONS YOU ARE NEEDED:

OBSTACLES:
You will need to supervise the obstacles, and the racers and their dogs passing through them with a firm but polite attitude. If needed, you must warn them that the rules are to be followed. We also need to ensure the most safe environment possible, therefore you’ll need to pay attention to the smallest signs. For this position, you will need to meet unique requirements.

FINISHING ZONE:
While handing over the finisher’s package and the medals, you share a moment of joy and pride with the racers.

FESTIVAL AREA:
It is important to have fresh drinking water available for the dogs at all times. You’ll need to make sure this is the case amongst other things in this area.

RACERS’ CENTRE:
It is in everyone’s interest that the racers’ local application and the veterinary inspection is carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible. This is where you can help us.
With your help, we can make sure that the race is an unforgettable experience for the racers, the dogs and the spectators alike.
